Once your data has been recovered and depending on the size of the recovered data we can place it on new media that can be provided by us or supplied by you when dropping off. We have USB storage we supply for smaller amounts of data and external hard drives of various sizes for larger amounts. We always recommend that people keep a minimum of two copies and ideally three of their valuable data. The truth is that no matter what device you store your data on they are all prone to failure and the best defense is to always keep multiple copies.

No appointment is required during our regular business hours, if you require data recovery services outside of our regular hours or on the weekend then you can call us to schedule an appointment to come in. Data Lab has the quickest turn around time in the industry. You will often receive your diagnosis the same day we receive your drive and most jobs are finished and ready for pickup in 5 to 7 days. This timeframe can be extended and is also dependent on factors such the size of the storage device, amount of data stored on the device and type of failure.
